The 2026 LandCare National Conference will be held at the Live! By Loews (1600 E Randol Mill Rd, Arlington, TX 76011).
Vendor Expo Registration
Vendor Expo registration will be located outside of the Arlington A-D Ballroom on Monday, March 23rd from 2:00pm-4:30pm for Platinum sponsors.
For Gold and Silver sponsors, your badges will be available at your booth on the day of the Vendor Partner Expo, Tuesday, March 24th starting at 2pm.
Attire
Monday's evening event, reserved for Platinum Sponsors, will have a casual dress code. For Tuesday's evening event, all vendor sponsors should plan to wear business casual attire.
Please note that Tuesday's event will be held outdoors, so we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather. ​
Name Badges
Name badges should be worn throughout the conference.
